Go back and do your research. The old price structure for mounts is what is going to be in Classic. It’s settled.

Idk the exact prices but AV rep mounts will be dirt cheap under the low riding cost model they are going to be using. Since a AV rep mount costs 9g. Total will be close to 200g for epic mount and epic riding. This needs to be looked into.

This is akin to saying the Paladin and Warlock epic mounts are free too :wink:

It takes work and time to get exalted with Stormpike.

It’s doesn’t need to be looked into. It is how the game played. You won’t have a chance for AV exalted until Phase 3. If you want to wait that long for your epic mount, you are free to do so. Most of us will farm the gold and buy our mount at or near 60.

Hell, I may just stick with my Level 40 mount forever.

Or you know… you can farm the Winterspring Frostsaber that has riding level 75 (not epic), however still has 100% speed! :smiley:

Evidently a lot of raiders did just that - they had to fund consumables and repairs. People doing the PVP honor grind had to have an epic mount to be competitive in BGs.

If we are talking EZ mounts then why not do R11 those mounts only costs u 100g each! and they are unique too!

Comparing the rank 11 pvp mounts isn’t comparable. You can get AV exalted in 3 days. Rank 11 is way harder than a 3 day grind. You also get a bunch of epic items opened up for purchase with AV rep. Even if it’s not at launch. For alts this will be a little too easy and cheap for epic riding and will cheapen the epic mount feel.
