A bug that has been in the game since last expansion still occuring. Evokers can swoop up players even while being in a sanctuary zone. Watching them pull players out of the hotel in Undermine so they get flagged for PvP is wild this is still a thing that has not been fixed. Pretty sure its been around since Dragonflight.
