So it says evokers can use daggers as equipment. Though cant ever roll need on them., can collect them for tmog though cannot set them as tmog on weapons or even use them in equips… whats uo with that?
Issue isnt that you cant need on them, its most likely that they arent relevant to your gear needs anymore. my evoker cant need on anything in the lfr version due to ilvl. but i could need on daggers prior

My evo had the raz dagger in s1 so evokers can use them 
It could be that your weapons are better or that the daggers have agility as the primary stat instead of intellect.
