On alliance evoker. All requirements to be given nazjatar introduction are met. 3 Friendly factions, lvl 62, all the pre achievements obtained. Highlord wont give me “send the fleet” or whatever alliance calls it. Been trying for days to unlock everything in stupid old BFA just to get my mechagnome… very close to closing it all down.
Genn gives the quest.
For some reason I want to say I recall seeing there being an issue with Dracthyr back when DF or pre-launch? But I’m not yet putting a finger on anything specific just yet. I’ll edit my post if/when I find it.

You need to complete “Uniting Kul Tiras.”
The requirements to see that quest are:
- Level 60
- Obtain your Heart of Azeroth. The Earthen Guardian NPC near the Boralus inn will have the quest “A Dying World” which will lead you to Magni where you’ll need to complete “The Heart of Azeroth” and "Infusing the Heart.
- Complete the 3 foothold quests to unlock boat travel to each of the 3 enemy zones.
If you’ve done all that, I’ve also seen people have phasing issues if they’ve started but not completed the M.O.T.H.E.R questline from Magni. (It’s easy to accidentally grab it while picking up the Heart of Azeroth.) Finish up those quests which should fix the phasing.
Also, make sure you’ve done the complete proper BfA intro questline, as not completing that can snag other quests. (You’ll have the “Come Sail Away” achievement — make sure if you’ve got it, it was completed by the character you’re doing the unlock on.)
Hi! thanks for responding, im at my wits end so any input is welcome. I have a 62 Ally Evoker. I have the acheive Come Sail Away. I have the Heart of Azeroth. I have completed 3 Foot holds. I have leveled 3 reps to friendly. However Halford Wyrmbane will not give me the quest Uniting Kul Tiras. I have gone over every website i can find and i cant figure out whats wrong. I am just trying to unlock mechagnomes and feeling like several days have been wasted. Thank you for any insight this may give you
