I’m on the fence. The new class creation is fun, especially the human form, and weirdly, it’s the first time I want to try healer, but … man, they’re still kinda ugly to me.
I can’t get an image of a skinny featherless chicken out of my head when I see one.
I just dont understand the logic behind the psoriasis in their visage. Just… why? Someone somehow managed to get that idea through various checks and balances and I feel like they should write a book on how they did it.

Agreed. How are playable Drak’s (for all classes) not a thing? Someone at Blizz has weird priorities.
Some lead dev had a fantasy role they desperately wanted and projected it into a new class.
I’ve got no plans on playing one right now but I screwed about with their customization
I like that they added the 4 body types, the 4th/biggest one looks really good
Problem tho… they didn’t add head sizes lol, so while the 4th body type looks great, it’s attached to a shrimp head
