They aren’t viable with PVE atm.

Are you crazy? Yes they are. My wife mainswapped to Evoker because of how much of a better healer they are than almost every healer besides Restoration Druid. You’re also posting in the War Mode forums.

Preservation Evokers are good in PvE and PvP.
