Evoker Won't Change Form

Hello, looking for assistance or ideas… my evoker recently is stuck in visage form and won’t display dragon form. It will do everything as if it’s in dragon form but won’t display it. I’ve tried the usual stuff, disabled addons, repaired game, etc. I cannot figure it out. Any ideas? Thank you

Thanks for providing those details! This sounds like a display bug—if disabling your addons doesn’t do the trick, try resetting your User Interface to make sure your core game files and/or addons haven’t been corrupted.

Note: This process will return your game client to the default interface in order to rebuild core game files. If you wish to keep any addons you play with, I recommend moving the ‘Interface’ folder to your desktop temporarily (the Interface folder from Step 6 in the link above). Once you have completed the UI reset, you can then go in and move your addons over to the new ‘Interface’ folder one at a time to see if it was causing the issue.

If the problem persists after resetting the UI, an addon or macro may have changed a console variable. You can reset this by typing the following command into your in-game chat box and pressing enter. You may receive a permission error, but the command will still work.

/console cvar_default
