Hello. Is there a way to play Evoker without being in the “dragon” form? I would really like to play evoker, but I can’t get past character creation because the model is so hard to look at.
The >class< sounds fun, I want to play the >class<, but it’s so off putting to see the “dragon”, I just can’t.

You can play as their “elf” form with other classes but not an evoker class. Evokers are stuck in dragon form I think to fight.
Some basic abilities do not require dragon form.
However no, not if you want to do more than casual pve - the class is all about harnessing your innate draconic powers
It’s older Knaak lore (which is also where visages keeping some draconic features like Alexstrasza, Wrathion, Merithra or Kalec do) but there has always been the implication that visage, as part of the need to disguise the draconic nature, also dampens that.
Nope! Gotta be in dracthyr form for almost all of the abilities.
