Hold up. You mean to say I won’t be seeing evokers using goblin gliders as a full on flying mount in BG’s thanks to their ability exploits? Oh. What a shame.
You do realise that double jump is slower for a DH than just single jump gliding right?
They are fully aware. You are comparing glide + double jump to Evoker’s glide, it’s only reasonable to also bring into question Evoker’s other flight ability when you have already added double jump as an additional benefit on one side.
Idk, I feel like Evokers aren’t very mobile. Mine has sat at the log in screen, not moving an inch since I made it.

Not going to swap back to my Dracthyr Rahne who posted earlier here but you can zip forward still while gliding using Hover. Its not as convenient as just hitting spacebar but Ill be honest I never knew about that interaction and just used hover with glide to get around. In a way yes it feels odd to take something out this late in the game but better now than after launch I guess.
Hmm. I didn’t even know you could do that. 
Ya I found it while I was testing gliding Stormwind from roof to roof to see how I could get around.

Half of infinity is still infinity, blizzard lizard.
I mean maybe one day you’ll find your hover button and then realize you got like infinite more actual mobility than any other actual caster who, at best, can bank up and use any instant cast procs while moving.
Evokers are like the caster version of a BM hunter if a BM hunter actually had a reasonable playstyle weakness. The fact they have a smaller casting range and skill-based shots is good for balance of the spec. Can you just imagine how absurd it would be if you had evoker level of mobility at a full casting range?
Oh wait you don’t have to imagine it…we call that spec BM hunter.
This USE OF CAPITALIZATION is a prime EXAMPLE of the OVERUSE of emphasis in a TEXTUAL MEDIUM.
