Evoker Renewing Blaze out of range?

When playing Evoker, you cannot cast Renewing Blaze when targeting an ally that is out of range (30 yards ish?). This is definitely a bug since the spell is always self-cast with no range on the tooltip.

I believe it could have something to do with the talent which makes it also apply to your nearest ally but even in that scenario it should still be self-cast according to the wording of the tooltip. Also this bug occurs even when u don’t have that talent.

I’ve experienced the same on my evoker.

Also, I just did a run of Blackfathom Deeps on my lvl 80 evoker and saw Azure Strike and Pyre were doing zero damage to Aku’mai’s tentacles that show up in the passage leading to actual Aku’mai. Literally one-shot Aku’mai with an Azure Strike, but his tentacles were immune. So plenty of evoker stuff is bugged since 11.0.2
