Oh, it’s just speed buffs? Major movement ability. They could make this so op (and annoying for people trying to align cds!) by making it a major offensive cd 
They should add major offenaive CDR to arcane int. Mages aren’t OP enough, yet.

If you’re talking monks, the 4 letter b word you’re looking for is bugs. 
Wish we were moving away from classes that are required to bring to raid.
Now that this buff exists, that’s one more required class taking spots away from other classes.

So in other words: no one is going into a raid or M+ without one. 
So this does nothing for priests I guess. Unless they count Body and Soul lol
Eh it’s just a movement ability. Not quite as make-or-break.

We’ll have to see how they slow people down in raids and dungeons before we say that.
I feel like Monks, Druids and DH’s will absolutely love this.
Something to consider, is that this will greatly impact mythic heroic and mythic raiding, and M+. Or, I could be off on that, but that’s how this looks.
It’s movement abilities only so this is a nice to have but not required at all.
Beyond useless for priest. Everyone else gets a movement ability and we get… Leap of Faith? What? Everyone gets actual utility, and priests just get more responsibility to cover for other people’s mistakes? 
More movement means more uptime.

It’s always this way. They want to make sure the new hotness is always represented in raids in the expansion they’re released in.
