Totally I was wondering why I wasn’t able to do pre legion mog runs when I played DH to get off-tier leather. Or queue for pre legion BG’s.
Oh, and they added evoker powers for torghast, so there’s that.
Makes sense now.

Torghast was a special exception - evokers are very squishy and going in they would die easily. So they made them powers since shadowlands was still relevant. Legion is years old, so no chance.
Nah you’re being ridiculous expecting a poor lil indie developer like Activision Blizzard to do the bare minimum and make sure Dracthyr are able to access all the content in their game when they can barely afford to even go down the street and buy a bottle of milk and instead have to steal Milk from the fridge that’s meant for other Employees Babies you big selfish meanie >:3
It was so relevant I only went there to craft two legendaries for the item lvl buff using pre farmed materials on other characters 
At the time of evoker creation, yes SL was still the current expansion.

Oh you mean like gameplay wise not lore ok yeah no it wasn’t it was 10.0 so technically Dragonflight just the prepatch second phase which was like what two weeks?
The evokers were released in 10.0, but created during shadowlands. They were also given a very generic shadowlands power too, but thats the last form of “old updates” for them.
Did you know Blizzard has a requirement of having a lobotomy done in your life to work with them?
