Again, there were classes released after brawlers guild, that were allowed to do it.

Brawlers guild has nothing in it that is class specific. Mage tower where the book you are whining about, does have class specific items. You must have an artifact to participate in the mage tower. No artifact, no mage tower.

You are something special you know that. And not in a good way. If you want the book so darn bad go level a class that has an artifact, and then do the mage tower. The book is account wide so then your little bitty dragon and ride it. Actually figure out solutions to your problems instead of whining about it.

Brawler’s guild is static. The encounters are the same regardless of class or spec.
Even for a given challenge, Mage Tower has spec based adjustments. Different boss health, mechanics for some specs and not others, etc…
well, demon hunters don’t have tier set armor before legion.
MT was tuned specifially to specs abilities, what fight would you even want for Evoker? Some require massive ST damage, some just make you kite 20 trash mobs and even if 1 thing hits you - you die
Be kind of a waste to make an entire challenge for something you don’t get a reward from
Evoker didn’t exist then, they stated evokers weren’t getting one, solved issue
Devs mentioned that Evoker won’t receive any MT before DF launch…they also mentioned that a new feature similar to MT will launch during DF.
MT is a feature from Legion and Evoker didn’t exist, I know that Devs could allocate Evoker in some way but MT doesn’t match the lore for Evokers, each MT encounter was part of a story questline and other elements that won’t match.
Sometimes Devs not only develop just gameplay because they can but that gameplay match establish lore. Just wait for the next MT with Evoker feature.

Evokers are not tuned for the mage tower, they have a unique kit that would require a lot of tuning and balancing to make it fair and balanced. The Devs brought us the mage tower in season 1, faster than expected. If they were to tune the mage tower for evokers it would have 100% been delayed much longer.

They don’t go back and update old content for new classes OP.
