Assuming the item level trends continue, 457 would make the evoker legendary high normal, low heroic - replaced within a week or two of S3. Do you think the item will have away to upgrade it in S3?
The proc isn’t included in its stat allocation, which makes it more like a 480 weapon than a 457.
