Evoker Legendary Quest -Mythic Sarkareth Drop

Obviously. It just seems a little petty to give Evokers a rough time for a two unique skins when most other classes have dozens from artifacts alone.

You’re right. I think most of this is misplaced envy/hate not so much because of little things like the staff from the last raid and now this legendary but more due to the fact that Evokers are getting all the attention this expansion in every regard, not just this one instance. Of course it makes perfect sense if you look at it dispassionately but these are the WoW forums, lol.

It also doesn’t help that most other classes have gone completely ignored and the revamp from talent tiers to trees left almost all specs worse off than they were before. Meanwhile, Evokers have been the devs’ pet project and unless you picked them as your main this expansion it understandably rankles.

Meanwhile hunters got Nelth nerfed to the ground

You come out with something cool then crap on it, of course…

I just want to say how shocked I am that I was extremely close to the actual gameplan :open_mouth:

It doesn’t. DH never received this level of attention in Legion whatsoever

Sure, they did. They got a Demon Hunter exclusive hub, questline, mount, and dozens of Demon Hunter-specific transmogs for two Demon Hunter-specific artifacts and a dozen or so Demon Hunter-specific legendaries.

So did everyone else, of course.

But Evokers weren’t around for that.

Then that makes it baseline. Not anything extra. So my point still stands

Just means that Evokers fall below the baseline, then. And any other subsequent classes.

Sounds like a gold mine for token sales.

Probably is removed from those easier difficulties. Or it becomes clear there never was a chance of getting it.

Absolutely not. A lot of people liked the system. They didn’t speak up in the forums much, because they were utterly trashed by raiders. Only raiders who thought their opinions were the only one that mattered and nobody but raiders deserved to be able to play the game thought that. And they started lots of threads on how the fact that a casual could get a legendary by killing an elite had broken the game.

Check the blue post.

Now tell us how the brutosaur mount is showing up on the Black Market Auction House and in crates, both of which we were told was going to happen, but hasn’t happened in years.

Your faith is strong, grasshopper.

Eh, this is the first time in awhile when faith isn’t being misplaced. It’s been win after win. Yes, you can always dig up dirt and have your personal pet peeves, but they’ve been absolutely stellar in recent months.

That doesn’t make sense in the slightest. If the current expac they are introduced in has them getting unique things and treatment above what other classes have they are above said baseline.

Trying to saying they deserve more simply because they weren’t around for legion is wrong. Go off of how they compare to the expac they’re released not any content they might not have been around for.

I think it’s petty awesome and should be done with any future legendary item that drops from a raid (physical drop item like Slyvanas’s Bow and itself but not a questline like Shadowmourne or Teragosa)

That’s your opinion, entirely. Nothing objective about it.

Except if that was case then all classes added after WoW released are below the baseline with that logic because they missed out on stuff.

I agree.

Tell that to the millions who didn’t buy the expansion because they saw what was coming and realized the game was no longer meant for them, but for you.

They aren’t coming back. You can’t turn casuals who were burned multiple times in the past, who never had any interest in endlessly spamming the same dungeon while trying to get a little progress, into players who want to play like you.

You’re fine with the changes they made in the game that were intended to be feelbad moments for casuals. I get that. But Blizzard burned their bridges on so many things. They couldn’t help themselves. It doesn’t matter how many times Bellular tells you that if they wait long enough, everybody will come back, because he’s happy with the game.

LOL. Good luck with that. Why are so many people playing classic now?

I’ve always liked this in other games that utilize it, some with immediate unlocks to things or unlocks after the regular weekly reset. I think it works very well. It’s also something players would have figured out on their own today had they not been rabidly foaming at the mouth over it dropping yesterday.
