Evoker legendary drop rules

Will the drop in Lowe difficulties be awarded directly to a player or we will have to roll for it. If the latter then it’s possible ( specially ppl pugging for it) for a player to never get the item despite watching it drop multiple times.

Will there be any bad luck protection, in other words, is it mathematically posible for someone that clears non mythic from next week until the end of the expansion to never see it ?

Probably not. There was never any bad luck protection for any other leggo that was a drop.

Legion legendaries had bad luck protection.

If this is an evoker only item, then only evokers will be able to roll need on it. Or it will be special loot.

I swear if evokers get bad luck protection for their leggos and hunters never did… I’m gonna be a little salty haha
