In Solo I just feel like Evoker is underpowered. Our DOTs get purged but can’t be reapplied as easily as a druid’s. Our mobility is not as good as people think. And I just can’t effectively heal and DPS when my heals don’t heal for enough.
If anyone can tell me what I need to do to not be a horrible evoker, please tell me.
Pres is doing fine in pvp they have a lot of instant heals and 4 schools of magic. Their only issue is the range and how long the cd of their utility is. Now deva on the other hand is a hot mess to me but im not that good so my opinion doesnt really matter on that.

problem is there only 2 build we can do compared to the other class that have a lot of talent and choice that no other class will be the same in the talent tree
in devas there no much choice we can do that will be worth it in the final
Not true, Google method evoker and take look at their talent builds. They have single, cleave,m+ also will give you idea of rotation gear, gems etc

Just look on the lock tree they much more have choices then us
There to much talent in the evoker tree that have no purpose or no one pick and there already to much talent that have proc effect and relying on the RNGjesus
Most of those changes are a couple talent swaps. Other classes will basically go from barely using one side of their tree to using just for swapping builds. For Devoker its basically “do you want to focus less or more on pyre?” 
all while still keep almost the exact same talents.
I wouldnt say we are to underpowered. What’s more frustrating is the amount of whining when Dev was strong… Like “Oh no the new class is doing to well!! NERF IT, EVERYONE CRY TO NERF IT, YEA KILL THE DRAGON SPEC”
meanwhile all the classes like rogues, and such that are routinely broken as hell just fly under the radar… because you can’t have the new class competing with the broken ones.
Evokers are one of the more difficult classes to play. Having a period of time that you’re immune to CC / interruption is necessary for Evoker to even stand a chance.
Why aren’t you complaining about Rogues and Disc Priests?
