Quite a few classes can do this, or nearly this right now on pre patch. Ele can, DH can, frost mage can with some setup. Hell frost dk while not be able to instantly one shot, can pretty much 3 shot someone quickly. This is just to name a few. Everyone is kinda blowing everyone up right now. Shouldn’t be surprised either, usually during most pre patches whacky sht happens lol.
