First, let me say that I LOVE the changes to Soar and being able to use the Dragon Riding abilities in my Dracthyr form.
BUT… I was a little disappointed to discover that I can’t do dragon races in that form. When I start a race, it automatically puts me on my mount. It would be so much more fun if I could start the race while in my Dracthyr form and not have to get on a mount.
Anyone else feel this way?
I doubt they’ll do that, since the races have obstacles that you have to navigate with a mount/larger hitbox that can get caught. Evoker would have a much easier time doing these than others.
Also, the whole theme of the races is working together with a dragon.
Don’t get me wrong, I personally don’t care since it’s meme content, but I’d be surprised if they made soar work.
Mounts in general don’t change the collision hitbox of the player, outside of a few that move you up on the z axis.
