Blizzard for real ? You redesign druids and monks. And dont even touch Devastation ?
Do you guys really feel Devastation is fine for pvp ?
Its not even about numbers or balance. The class is clunky as hell

Exactly what I was thinking. I cannot think of another specialization in this game that needs more immediate attention than the devastation evoker. And we get nothing. Not even a tooltip update. Other classes get complete talent reworks (Druid/Monk) and the new class that still is struggling to find a basic identity in this game is basically left alone. “No changes need! We nailed everything on the first pass!”
The changes further confirm my theory that they see Evokers as healers first and foremost, and their DPS spec is an absolute afterthought to Blizzard.
I really just hope that big talent changes and reworks are planned for most classes and Evokers are just not up yet, but who knows.

i was hype when I heard druid was getting massive changes and held my breath when I scrolled down to see what they would turn Devoker into. 
I can’t believe they didn’t do anything
Keep in mind that this is the first round of notes for a new PTR. More will be coming down the pipeline.

These are the same people who think Evoker transmog situation is fine because we have racial customization armor.
So don’t expect much.
I hear you and agree, however I feel like Devoker is in such a poor taste it almost needs a complete rework, which we typically don’t see in .5 patches.
Prevoker is so bloody broken it amazes me they haven’t been nerfed, but here we are.
