Completed quest to talk to the peons and gather the loot from the Ogres, nothing showed up afterwards. Can’t use architect table, don’t have quest to unlock the mission table either. Neither Gazlowe or Warmaster Zog have any quests, I have trivial quests being shown.
Tried re-logging, turning off add-ons then resetting UI, flying away, hearthing away then hearthing back, logging into a different character, etc.
Edit: Tried next day, still no quests.
Having this same issue. Horde side, I skipped the Tannan jungle intro at first (by dropping the quest and going through portal), when I got stuck, I did the scenario, still in a bugged state.
Edit: I believe it’s tied to the quest to kill Groog. I never received it on evoker but I am fairly certain it’s required to get the barracks plans on all other characters.
I did this yesterday on my evoker using the portal skip and didn’t run into any issues getting to the garrison level 2 upgrade quest (aside from not getting any guild rep for completing the quests, which I reported separately). But, the patch is full of bugs and I know anything is possible.
I do think the Groog quest is required to get to the next step. It’s given by an NPC off to the side, so make sure you are checking for Rokhan. It can easily get lost amongst all the quests to start adventuring in other zones.
