I don’t really see why Evoker should be race locked considering you could easily set it up to be a class that has the dragon form, and the race you chose as the visage.
It wouldn’t even break the lore because Evoker has its own separate starting campaign anyway, and you see all the races when you walk through your factions capital city.
Maybe I should work for Blizzard. Then I can be like that guy who always says he worked for Blizzard

Because it’s literally a very specific reaction that occurred in only certain experiments that Neltharion created when all of the Aspect powers were infused into them.

Lord i hope not, restrictions based on lore and culture is part of what keeps the game interesting.
Because dracthyr are a race, not a class…
That being said, a future council of dracthyr could empower mortals who prove to be worthy to wield their powers.
Draconic abilities could transform you to an ephemeral dragon form like how DHs turn into meta for eye beam and chaos nova
Because it opens another can of worms where if you can be any race people will then want Naga, Tuskarr, Tolvir, Saberon, etc.
Did you not read the part where I said the race you chose would be the Dracthyr’s visage? I’m not talking about a Tauren breathing fire, I’m talking about a Tauren that’s actually a dracthyr.
Locking the newest class to the ugliest race in the game that can’t even use transmog was definitely one of Blizzard’s worst choices.
Barely anyone even plays the class. A complete and utter waste when they could have given us a new class people actually wanted.
