Killing an end-tier heroic boss every week for an entire raid tier, and not seeing the legendary is without question the most awful feeling on the planet.
Why do we attach something so necessary, let alone something that is literally a legendary weapon to an RNG drop that is so ridiculously hard to hit.
I literally will not have the opportunity to craft my evoker legendary unless I’m going back and reclearing old content to get it for transmog.

Except that it literally isn’t necessary. It wasn’t even necessary in 10.1 unless you were maybe pushing title/IO.
It certainly won’t be necessary in 10.2.
I’m gonna say it, because i’m tired of the entire evoker forum being dedicated to whining about this.
It’s a legendary, and i know we haven’t had many normal legendaries in a while, but it has historically meant that not everyone is gonna get one. This one in particular is a good boost, but it’s not going to make or break you, and it will be replaced rather soon. Also, the sims for it are misleading because they indicate that you will be the sole recipient of the buff, which is not the case.
I’ve seen so many people be like “i’m rerolling next season because i didn’t get it” as if it’s going to be good all through next season, or the only reason they decided to pick up the class was to get a legendary and be special. Not because they actually enjoyed the class or anything.
I seriously can’t wait until next season because people might finally come to post here about something else.
There will be someone still running the raid like 36 heroic kills with no legendary wheres my BLP
I feel it needs to be said so we don’t see this done again. It was a terrible acquisition method and nobody should have to do it.

Whenever we each finally manage to get it, we should all continue using it in group content for an entire season.
Even if it’s the next expansion.
