So, in patch 1.12 Rogues get a book from UBRS that train Eviscerate rank 9 that take in account AP.

"Finishing move that causes damage per combo point, increased by Attack Power"

So this will be avaliable at start?

If it’s in UBRS then it should be?

I don’t think it was just that rank. I think Eviscerate just started to also scale with AP.

So, will Eviscerate scale or be Static?

It scales with AP sir.(In beta as we speak)
