A “top tier comp” would be loosely defined as one that can consistently win games at the high end of the ladder i.e. rank 1/high glad viable.
Id say some examples of top tier comps are:
- sub rogue + enh/hunter/literally any wizard
- demo/destro + any wizard. Destro and rogue/war, demo and dk/ret/enh/bm
-spriest + lock/hunter/dk/rogue
-boomy+dh/rogue/ele
-war+enh/dk/ret
-dk+ww/dragon
-dh+dk/ret
-jungle
-destro+feral/ww
-mage+lock/rogue
This list is in no way exhaustive or exclusive, but any and all of these comps can take games off of eachother depending on who plays better and map selection.
I actually dont see too many dh, weirdly enough, because it’s for sure the highest rep class with a LOT of fotm rerollers.
And the reason for that is it got reworked and blizzard always overtunes reworked classes. So long as anything isn’t S1 ret ever again.
I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt and assume good intentions of anyone who is willing to engage in a conversation.
