Who’s this everyone you speak of? Because all I have seen was J Brack getting fired. But we don’t really know for sure if he was fired or quit. Either way he got a nice pay out, more money than any of us will ever see in our lifetimes I am sure… so i would say he wasnt too disappointed.

Since Brack was instrumental in the problems and image Blizzard has made for itself, J. Allen “You think you do, but you don’t” Brack could probably not separate himself from Blizzard’s Image. Blizzard’s Image was J. Allen Brack from the beginning. Yes there were others but the consensus in Blizzard’s vision for World of Warcraft was fundamentally a party to a few key players. Rob Pardo, J. Allen Brack, Mike Morhaime, Christ Metzen, Alex Afrasiabi, and to some extent (although not creatively) Tom Chilton.
Ion’s good as a raid developer and that’s about it.
This. I don’t care if ion is involved in the scandle, he is in charge of wow and wow is in a terrible state and dieing. He should be held accountable for that alone and be removed or replaced. He doesn’t seem to listen to the community issues ever and instead adds complex systems time and time again. Nobody wants this.

Earnings calls are about credibility. If a company loses that, the analysts and the broader financial community isn’t going to give them the benefit of the doubt. Doubt Kotick and Co. were paranoid about what Brack might have said but whether he would be seen as credible.
Yes. I agree with this. However, I cannot see the investors NOT taking anything J. Allen Brack might have said as anything other than credible in light of details coming out.

Ion should come forward with what he knows, rather than lying like the others and saying he had no idea. Silence is complicity at this point, given the terrible things that were happening for years.
I was referring to Brack in that particular post, but it would be very surprising to learn that Ion is completely ignorant. He doesn’t strike me as someone who is oblivious.

Yes, I imagine that Brack did not do any harassing directly, but apparently the complaints about Afrasiabi made it to him, and Brack seems to be down with the bros,(although not a bad bro himself), so I am sure he heard a lot.

This is false. We have no specific data on subscription numbers, and blizzard has not released any since the mid-wod flight removal debacle.
MAU’s are down across all Blizzard games. There are many ways of estimating “players”, but none are particularly reliable.
