Occam’s Razor applies heavily here. Instead of some deranged conspiracy about Ion having some “black book”, how about we just acknowledge the simple reality that at the job that his masters want him to be doing, he does an excellent job? That’s the reality of the situation.

He is doing the job his masters want him to do perfectly. That doesn’t mean he’s good for the game as the lead. And no, I don’t believe he’ll be dismissed.
