I dunno why that would surprise you. You know if elves were real, half-elves would be everywhere.
I literally RP this guy as a half elf, it’s why I chose short ears.
While I do dislike it, I suppose more options is better.
I don’t see too many people using this specific thing, mostly because the fat humans just end up looking like goblins or orcs when given pointed ears.
Honestly, I just wish they gave the 2 female characters in War feminine hairstyles. And i think one of them is blind in one eye? Like, why? The men always look handsome; the females must look ugly.
That is something that really bothers me.
I really, really hope that they keep him as he is… with a blood elf body.
The human faces are not pretty at all in this game.
Actually, I wish that Dracthyr could look 100% human… I wish they didn’t have pointy ears.

well… for most races yeah death is a true escape from such things but…NE become wisps and worgen apparently stay worgen even in death so… it’s one ‘cure’ for most I suppose

It’s true for everyone at least in customizations, but it’s likely not a lore thing. Like Sandfury being a customization for Horde when they still have not joined.

Also this makes KTs with those ears a third elf, a third human, and a third drust.
Male kul’tiran with pointy ears looks like a tuskless orc.
If humans are getting those elf ears, I think the forsaken should have them too. Many elves died in lordaeron so I think that would be okay.
Edit: oh and PLEASE, give male forsaken beards.

I’m looking forward to it! I play a few of my characters on the RP servers as half-elves, so this is going to really make things neat for that.
I think this’ll also be a nice hold over until we get something similar to alternate physiques. Want to play a burly elf? Kul Tiran, pointy ears. Want to play a more lithe human? Void elf, round ears.
Cosmetic changes like this are a treat imo!
