I don’t understand what’s going on here, I made a reply in the other post about this nonsense.
So is it wild west for cheating right now and no bans? Can we just exploit and do whatever and then Blizzard will eventually catch on and patch and do nothing about the exploiter or cheater?
Is that what were paying monthly for? So you guys can have a BETA and then release a game with a client you already released years ago, that ends up including an exp exploit at launch?
Really?
And now you’re just gonna let people claim world first this and that, and stream, knowing every one of them is an exploiting tool?

Might have to cancel over this, who knows what else you guys messed up that people are actively exploiting as I type.
Hey man, I’m I just want to let you know that the mind control trick existed during this time in vanilla WoW.
There was a huge uproar about it in which Blizz came out and said that a clever use of game mechanics and that they did not consider it to be an exploit.
Just wanted to make sure you were aware of that fact.
Hopefully this thread dies after i say this… but, noone knew it was an exploit. Sure others have been banned for less but to ban then for a minor exp exploit is ridiculous get off your high horse.
Blizzard approved EXP buff, like they can’t see how many of a certain type of mob people killed or something and do something about it.
The most upsetting part about this is this is the second time they launched this game at this stage, and even with a second beta, they still f’d up, and just casually patch note it like it’s ok.
The end of that patch should have been:
All players who exploited this have been rolled back and received a 2 day ban. Do not mess with Blizzard.
But they just do absolutely nothing, if this game was free, fine, but were all paying, and were not remotely equal .
Like that’s the effort they put in, how many MILLIONS of subscriptions did they just get, and that’s the effort they put in, just a bandaid fix, and “thanks for reporting the exploit a lot of people already exploited hehe”
So what? That has literally always been the case with WoW. Just because you pay the same per month does not entitle you to the exact same game experience as others, especially those that put in more time. The no-life raider pays the same as the pet battler, pays the same as the rank 1 arena god, pays the same as the guy who just quests on alts, etc… you get my point. Simply paying the same for the game doesn’t entitle you to equal experiences… that’s just not how it works.
And even if it was…how is this not equal? You, me, anyone else has the exact same opportunity to invite buddies and use the layering system in this way. That is literally equal lmao.
Imagine cancelling your sub because a speed leveler got to end game too fast for your sensibilities.
All these people attacking this post probably have abused the system and are not wanting any punishment. So they want to shut down any whistle blowers.
