Yeah. I did. I think it might be more up your alley, seeing as it doesn’t feature a gear grind.
Yeah I know that. I’m not arguing what the game is now, I’m arguing how I’d like it.
You said “blah blah blah i can enjoy pvp without chasing gear blah blah blah”
No, you cant.
Lol okay. You’re belittling me with a kids game because I am opposed to gear disparity in PVP.
The only disparity here is effort.
Literally nobody has access to gear you cant get.
You realize that it takes like 3 hours per week to cap conquest right?
Except I’m also against gear disparity.
I fought against the rating gates they implemented back in SL which created and maintained an actual gear disparity, giving advantages to better players who didn’t need advantages, who were then gate-keeping the lower brackets (they tanked their rating to do carries, etc.). That was a problem. The current system is perfect.
Dudes honor level 1 lol.
Its a really low effort troll attempt.
Hes about as good at trolling as he is in pvp.
More like everyone should have their time valued since we are all old now.
There is no skill or prestige when it comes to accumulating gear in retail. All you do is close your eyes until you get to max level, queue up a afk bgs, do a few world quests, maybe do a few things to earn conquest if you care at all. All while paying zero attention to the game and watching something on your second monitor. Accumulating gear serves no purpose beyond wasting the players time and giving Blizzard more money.
Gearing is faster than it ever has been in the games history.
Once again, its an MMORPG.
People want gear progression.
You should manage your own time better, like the adult you claim to be.
It’s not about “Skill and prestige.” It’s about progression, which is part of the reason why people play RPGs.
“The journey is half the fun.”
There are plenty of people whose end-game is the PVP gear grind. Once that’s done, they either swap to an alt or unsub. Getting rid of PVP gearing - in an RPG, no less - is a stupid idea, stemming from laziness mostly. If you don’t enjoy the game, then why are you even playing it? Sounds like an addiction to me.
Playing for gear instead of fun sounds like the addiction to me.
You know these aren’t mutually exclusive, right?
If you think gearing, in and of itself is fun, you’re kidding yourself.
It is. That’s how RPGs work.
I can tell you, I got no joy leveling in RPGs just to beat my opponent.
Do you need some instructions on how to close the game?
Seems like the entire genre isnt for you.
Really weird to be so emotionally invested in something you dislike.
Lol, you love to troll.
Then maybe RPGs aren’t your thing.
Lots of games do that with just varying loadouts.
I like an MMORPG or MMOARPG where from rated to open world, what you earned or bought(consumables) does affect performance. I like seeing number go up.
You make it so easy.
Now say something valuable.
