I can’t because I don’t like unequal PvP.
I’m a customer and I wouldn’t play this game if there wasn’t gear progression.
As we know Templates were the most hated feature ever added to PvP. They removed the RPG aspect because gear didn’t matter. I quit because of Templates and told Blizz when you remove them and bring back gear having an impact I’ll play again.
Latter the Devs removed Templates since I wasn’t the only one that quit because gear didn’t matter. We need that RPG aspect to play WoW its the core part of the game. The Devs tried what you want and it failed. No one wants that again.

Well, we should remove other optional features you don’t like as well then.
Since this goes against the core aspect of the game I’d say yes. You also are just trying to slice and already small PvP pie even more. This game revolves around gear and PvP would be nothing if gear doesn’t matter.
We have tried this before and PvP players hated it. Sorry you just are in a very small minority that doesn’t want gear to matter. That just ruins the game.
We need more gear based PvP games not less.

The gearing system in this game is (confusing) but good. The good players, deserve the good gear. The bad players, don’t deserve the good gear.

Sounds like it is your problem.
You are basically going to Taco bell and yelling because they don’t have Big Macs. WoW is a gear based game. That should never change just because you want it. The game would be ruined.
It sounds like you don’t like gear based power fantasy games. If you don’t like RPG games then maybe RPG games isn’t the genre for you.

Don’t you get it, I like the combat system in wow, and PvP, but I’m not going to waste my time getting geared. It’s not an unreasonable request.
It is in a game based around progression. Honestly, it’s not even hard to gear.

Another thing. WoW isn’t really that competitive. They shouldn’t have any Esports it’s really not good for this genre either. It would be great if they just got rid of it and focused on PvP being fun.

It’s one of the biggest games in the planet. It’s just an injustice to have no option to enjoy equal PvP.
It’s not lol it’s a game based around leveling and gearing. Why would they take away one of those things? You want rewards with zero effort, that’s unrealistic.
