The Last of us 2… what a surprise :roll_eyes:

Honestly when everyone is expecting you to win, doesn’t mean its for a good reason, everyone knew TLOU2 was gonna win due to how corrupt the game awards are due to the infestation of SJW (Journous) controlling it.

But we got the win in the end with Player’s Voice, the one award thats actually decided by real gamers and only one that matters.

Gratz Ghost of Tsushima for being the real winner.

I honestly wish someone group of gamers would start their own Awards and got rid of the current one, and dont let any SJW infect it, that way they can give awards to those that deserve it and call out those for being terrible, looking at you Neil, maybe just start it has a Youtube channel or something, and slowly grew up to become official.

FYI Ghost of Tsushima also had a lesbian couple (well former couple)

I dont care about gender, color, orientation, etc.

But those things dont make a character, you cant just make a character lesbian and expect it to be good, you actually have to put effort into it.

And this Journos that are a complete fraud only care about if theres LGTB representation or people of color, they dont care about writing, quality, gameplay, etc.

And the respond you just gave is identical to the ones they give.

You literally made a stupid argument to shut down the opinion of game journalists and those that voted for it in the VGA, so why shouldn’t i do the same for you? The second you started crying about SJW instead of, you know, explaining real flaws with the game, you showed your colors.

Whats the point of discussing the flaws of a game that got so controversial that it became a hot topic for over a month?

Everyone knows the issues of it.

Pacing is terrible, characters are inconsistent, use of manipulative tactics, the gameplay is almost an exact copy of the first game which already had issues with its gameplay (7 years apart mind you), new characters arent has good has the the ones of the first game, Abby’s section feels like filler, character assassination literally and writing wise, plot convenience, etc.

The writing is overall a mess, even the good parts like Joel’s flashbacks hurt the game because they affect the pacing.

I can go on, can even bring up all the BS that Naughty Dog did, such has the fake DMCA strikes to hide criticism.

The SJW part is 100% true, these people only care about representation and such, thats why theres always a massive disconnect between their opinion and the gamers.

Do i need to bring up stuff like Cuties for example which they loved and defended?

And their defense are always around “You dont like lesbians!!”, “Youre scared of strong woman!!” or other equally stupid arguments, newsflash, people like female characters, real characters, not empty shells made to feel a checkbox, some good examples are Ripley and Sarah Connor, amazing characters, now we have garbage like Rey who is the biggest Mary Sue ive seen.

And yes, Ghost of Tsushima did had a lesbian character that being Masako which is one of the most tragic characters of the game if not the most, shes far better writing that any of the mess of tlou 2.

The game awards is a complete joke cause the votes are purely journos, who have proven over and over they arent real gamers.

In fact you know TheQuartering? he recently called out one of them for not doing their review properly, she barely played the game and ignored several important aspects of it, which she even admits and then all the other journous started harassing him and making up lies about him to get him cancelled, these people often antagonize gamers and attacks them.

Thats why EVERYONE knew tlou2 was gonna win, cause the awards are controlled by them, and they only care about identity politics, no quality, writing or gameplay.

Just look at how GoT won the Player’s Voice award for best game, the one award chosen by gamers, it shows what gamers really think, which is often the complete opposite of journos.

This is the same stupid response those journos give.

They always try to pull the homophobic card or whatever to silence criticism of something.

They always think that if people dont like a female character or of color or lgtb, its because of that, not because the character is poorly written.

Op clearly likes GoT and that game had an lgtb character just like tlou2, how is your argument holding up now uh?

Never been a fan of the genre but that game definitely deserved the award for soundtrack in my opinion.
