They have already made quite a few changes. S4 it should be more active because it counts towards vault now. The changes they have made are what has been asked for so far. Mode is getting better. Just need more reasons for people to play it now. But the conquest gains and vault aspect should help a lot. It solves a lot of the problems RSS has to in many ways. Especially for healers.
I get the sentiment though after what happened so far with RSS.
