No issues for me, I think they are funny and the closer you are the faster the mining goes. It’s funny the times I forget or watching a hunter pet go flying though. :smiley:

EZ-mine nodes are the most lucrative in the game once you know how to game them. Better than rich veins imo.

I’ll be honest, the annoyance is worth it to stop bots.

I wish all gathering nodes has this mechanic tbh.

I can almost guarantee this annoyance has deterred more legit players than bots. Players give up eventually. Bots don’t.

genuine question: do we know it has been an obstacle to bots? i think we’ve all kind of assumed that, but i don’t know why!

No evidence at all though.

I also heard they bot from under the map, so who knows what’s up.

ngl, on my druid I let the irradiated herb ones blow up on purpose so it punts me in flight form.

I’m easy to entertain :slight_smile:

These days I basically just consider bots paying customers that Blizzard is going to cater to equally while making token (pun intended) efforts to appear to be fighting them.

EZ-mine nodes are here to give us something to work around. Not the bots.

I haven’t tried overloading and bubbling on my Pally yet. I’ll have to see if it works.

engineers get more stuff form them than miners do don’t they?

psure engis would like them.

I don’t have one so not sure what they get.

I haven’t tried that either now that you mention it. Pally is also a miner. New goal for the evening.

I’ve farmed a lot this expansion and I’ve yet to see any obvious bots.

Maybe I’m wrong though and there are lot so bots, but I’m sure they could put a line of code in that says to ignore anything with EZ in the node.

Also if you overload an EZ node you are a bad person.

Some of the time the ideas that look the worst on their face turn out to be the best though. It’s so worth a shot.

There’s a sweet spot with them where you will never be in danger. Figure that out and they can be mined like every other node.
