the first wipe.
Then we realize we are mere mortals and keep it moving. but…when the 2nd wipe happens - that’s the good stuff. That’s when it starts getting real.
2nd wipe -
“what happened?”
“idk”
Everyone keeps it moving again…until the 3rd wipe. Oh yes, the sweet ‘fight or flight’ wipe. At this point someone usually leaves, but if no one leaves then the real conversations start taking place:
dps- “You pulled too much!”
tank - “You are not interrupting”
hunter - “I interrupted”
healer - “you are barely doing any dps”
random dps - “shut the…up!”
If everyone stays after this wipe, it’s a guarantee that the group only has 1 more wipe left and someone is leaving if there is another death or even the slight sense of something about to go horribly wrong…
ah M+! we love it, don’t we!?!
M+.
Where the only thing slimmer than the line between life and death is the line between silence and rage.
Mostly kidding but I do see the point.

I have no idea what MDI is!
Mutant Dinosaur Inspector?
Merry Dead Imposter?
Mostly Dry Interiors?
Michael David Ivans?
Mature Delinquent Investigator?
M&M Dispenser Intern?
MDI? pfft- we’re going to EVO.
I want to be away from the MDI, as far as possible

MDI = Metered Dose Inhaler.
For all the sweaties that start hyperventilating after a wipe.
My cue to leave. If people simultaneously do not have enough awareness of what’s going on or the willingness to accept responsibility then the group is going to go nowhere.
I don’t want to be MDI. I don’t even want to take part in M+
Here’s the deal: If after 20 seconds of wiping, you can’t spot who the wiper was…
… you were probably the wiper.
Here’s the Urban Dictionary definition of PuG : Pickup Group; used commonly in WoW and other MMORPGs. Basically means a group that isn’t formed by people you know; instead, it’s formed up of random, possible noobs that will completely wreck whatever experience you are getting the group for.
If you’re not in an esports team, and are 3k + io, you’ll never be mdi, just accept it and be chill.
Get that raider io addon. If they’re 2500 but it says only 5 7-9 timed runs, they leave after a wipe.
Lost me at the title. I don’t even want to watch the MDI. Let alone participate in it.
