If a hunter needs on a 2h Sword it is because the hunter needs the 2h Sword. Survival spec is a thing. Learn your game babies and yes we need str!

Everyone gets tired of your slight upgrade amongst an abundance of items vs an item that is more specific to their class.
Not saying you’re wrong, but i absolutely hate losing a roll on something i need really bad when I’m not rolling on stat stick bows

i was typing up a reasoned and logical reply, but then i deleted it and will just confirm that every item in the game is, in fact, a hunter item.
Technically, every weapon is a warrior weapon.

It’s more of a “don’t abuse this” issue for me. They sure are all “hunter weapons” just some dookie when dumb hunters need on things that benefit other classes way more.
I will reiterate… not wrong… just lame
everyone claims hunters roll need on everything when the truth is, warriors are the ones rolling need on everything.

Oh man as a dwarf hunter I want to wield axes and maces so bad. I’d gladly give up daggers and swords for axes and maxes. Just me I know but I’m a dwarf!
Hunters can use axes. Get your inner dwarf on.

Wands should be hunter weapons. That and [Acme Anvil]'s.

Yup, and the hunter also needs the cloth armor (more mana!), wands and shields (gotta have that mount money), and plate armor (never know when Blizzard might allow hunters to wear it).

While leveling there isn’t that many weapons of interest for hunters. Just go do the STV quests and the mara quest for bows.
I off hand a 21lb catfish.

Eh during SM I lost 3 scarlet leggings to hunters.
But I got mine back, I won the mara gun, and now whenever a hunter mentions it i tell them I beat out two hunters for it, after all that arcane resist is a tanking stat, and it had way better dps than my old gun.

If you see a hunter rolling on or wearing scarlet pieces without agi they are a total jabroni.
And if a hunter is crying about not getting that gun from Mara they are also a complete bozo. That thing is such a piece of doodoo.
But yeah I feel like a lot of times people are rolling on crap whenever they can get away with it just so it can go to vendor despite someone else in group actually needing it to equip.
So far druids have seemed to be the worst offenders in the handful of dungeons I’ve done. They roll on literally every single neck/ring and all cloth and leather. Really hope come 60 dungeon runs the main spec first off spec second rule comes into effect.
