Except for Pa’ku. The default buff is the only good one that works with just about every class. The rest are either incredibly specific or downright useless.

Zandalari has the strongest racial in the game, and people are already asking for Zandalari racial buffs. You’ve already gotten two useful racials, you should be happy. Some races can’t even get one.

Embrace of Kimbul does about 0.4% of my total damage. That’s how bad it is.

It’s not supposed to do alot of damage. Embrace the loa is just a more flavorful version of 1% secondary stat. It’s the same concept as touch of the grave for forsaken.

Role specific effects with a 5 day cooldown to change them seems like a questionable design decision. Anyone who changes roles at all will do it much more frequently than that.
Although I suppose Blizzard may have been thinking no racial is a huge deal anyway and it’s only extreme examples like Method that even care what their racials are. so if your offspec is down a minor racial, so what? It would be like complaining that your 1% arcane resist is useless in content where nothing does arcane damage.
I could see pure DPS classes going permanent Kimbul or Bwonsamdi, even though hybrids might not want to. Or there may be some M+ weeks where you would want to go Krag’wa regardless of role because you just need to survive some crazy affix combo.

I think the idea was for hybrids who switched a lot to take a more generic Loa blessing like Pa’ku’s crit chance or maybe Gonk’s speed boost.
Says who? Regeneratin is pretty much impossible to use in a M+ or raid 90% of the time (it breaks on ANY damage, including dots), and the Embraces only contribute to about 0.5% of overall.
Meanwhile, Shake it Off, a supposedly tank racial, did as much healing for me in BoD as Embrace of Akunda had on previous bosses, as a healer.

The Embraces racials were nerfed to oblivion on the on the PTR fairly early on. Get with the times.
Zandalari are far from the most “OP” race.

bwon seems good for tanks? Gonk good for leveling toons (or locks who run slower than small rodents)?
My beef is that paku and gonk are 5 feet apart, I got the wrong one on my new alt and he is stuck with it for 5 days - oh and at level 20 going to get that, you get ganked by NPCs… really? Bliz is trollin my new troll.
Maybe op in world content soloing but thats about it and non golden elite quests.

Hardly. You forget about your flat, constant 1% Haste/Crit from the NE racial, Touch of Elune. Bloodmallet actually has NEs listed as having slightly higher DPS potential than our BEs because of that racial for DHs.
