As title says. It’s a minor thing and easy to fix by simply re-equipping the trinket.
But if you manually remove the buff, the trinket stops working and won’t ever do procs again. The only good thing about removing the buff manually is, one gets to keep the accumulated fireflies visual forever? (persist through relog, tested. Only re-equipping the trinket fixed it.)

I also have this issue, I got the trinket from a Delve today and have to swap which slots it is in constantly.
Real annoying.
Can confirm this is still not fixed. It worked perfectly for me the first week, till reset. once the reset happened it broke. about a week ago. i dont even bother swapping it anymore. and i may just take it off entirely. i have trinkes that are worse, but if the proc’s are working on them they greatly surpass this item. sadly this is an awesome trinket, when working, so its a bummer that this Small, Indy company can’t get it fixed.
Based on previous posts, its been over 2 weeks since they borked it.
