Everburning Keys and the Secured Shipment

I have two keys in inventory and one in the mail system that I cannot loot. Says too may items.

Looting the Secured Shipment says I’m missing required keys.

Forgemaster is not dropping keys for me.

what the F am i supposed to do when this is the weekly? Delete all my keys and re-farm them?

Do you have a third key in the bank? That would be enough to block looting more, but I don’t think you can unlock the chest unless all keys are in the character’s bags.
