At the start of the dungeon EVERYONE inserts there key and if the group FALLS APART then everyones key gets BRICKED. No more quilters in the game and if you do then you are punished!

Level 10 key? 100 loss
Level 11 key? 110 loss
Until you reach 0 rating and lose your mount

Halls of Valor and Nokhud Offensive are 40 minute timers. If the group, for whatever reason, is having trouble at a particular part and goes over time, then falls apart, you’re talking 45-60 minutes of time invested to receive nothing.
No m+ rating, no loot, just frustration

That’s not how it works. Rating is given for beating the environment. The Environment doesn’t change. If you beat a 17 Azure Vault, you beat it, it’ll never be different and thus you cannot ever lose that.
I wouldn’t even care if this was the case. I’ll put in my key just fine. Still might leave if it turns into a circus.
