Is it possible for the 213 version of Eternal hunger to drop from a 15 plaguefall? I ran the key many of times but havent gotten it, figured it would atleast give 213 conduits despite gear being 210 cap

I think I read potency sockets will be added in Castle Nathria in 9.0.5
