So for me it seems like Season 1 is going on forever. With 11.07 just dropping we get Turbulent Timeways, however that doesn’t start until 1/7 and ENDS 2/25 so it’s 8 weeks long instead of the 5-6 weeks like the previous ones. Plunderstorm runs Jan 14th to Feb 11th or the 18th which in the road map is in both 11.07 and 11.1. Do we think Turbulent Timeways will also be in both and they will actually release 11.1 Early/Mid Feb or are we looking at almost 2 months of Season 1 content still and Season 2 starting in March?

Yeah that or the week after is my assumption, as well. They won’t want to start a new season while people are busy finishing up Plunderstorm.
Seasons generally last about 6 months, so I’m going to go with early March.

That’d be my bet.
We know from Scott Johnson’s interview with Metzen that the dev team is aiming for eight weeks between patches, and they’ve managed to stick to that so far. That would put 1.1 right in the middle of February, eight weeks after 11.0.7 launched. Season 2 launches a week after the patch does, so maybe Turbulent Timeways will hang over a week longer than Plunderstorm to help bridge the gap?
As someone above said, Feb 18 has a very high chance of the go-live date. PTR will probably be live no later than the second week of jan, with about 3ish weeks of raid testing accompanied by additional tuning and tweaking.
