Yes, it looks like the Essence Swapper is no longer usable. I even tried with Titanstrike equipped and the appropriate Hati in the first slot and it wouldn’t work.
The second pet HAS to be in the FIRST slot of pages in your inactive pets on the stable master. I scienced it and it works.
We aren’t talking about Animal Companion. The Essence Swapper was an item in Legion that allowed BM hunters to change Hati’s appearance to mirror that of your pet when used.
Can I ask a slightly OT question? I cant figure out how to even get Hati on my boosted huunter… doing the hunter lodge quests but Mimiron in Boralis still wont talk to me.
Edit: nvm, had the quest in my quest log automatically, hence why i cant pick it up O_o
