im midway through a ticket with a GM over the achievement “essence overload” and it not being awarded correctly … and yeah i dont understand how “this is a known issue and our devs are working on it” yet this same response is noted on wowhead more then 2 years ago. soo now either the blizzard devs are incompetent which we already know is the case … or they are ignoring a known issue.
i wouldnt care but its one of the only achievements in the entire game im missing and now its litterally impossible for me to obtain it. and the response i get from blizzard is “we will fix it sometime” … no you wont b.c this has been an issue for more then 4 years now (people reported this issue in the first patch of shadowlands) and it hasnt been fixed at all … 4 years … and for the last 2 years ATLEAST they have been giving a response of “we know” soo now its been litterally YEARS they have been ignoring this specific issue…
now thats all fine ignore the problem but when people come to you who have completed it who do meet the requirements AWARD THE ACHIEVEMENT … even if u have to do it manually … i dont understand why this is soo hard why fight against giving people what they have already earned?
