Essence of the red dragon scenario isn't starting

Hi,

In the quest " In the shadow of crimson wings ", after talking to Kalecgos, it queues me for the event called " Essence of the red dragon ". I waited over an hour, and it never began.

  • I tried to reload UI and the game
  • I tried to queue with my friends
  • I tried to cancel et restart the quest

So far, nothing has been working and I’m stuck on the Heart of Azeroth quest line because of that.

Any advice? Thanks

Same here, queue seems to be broken

EDIT: Got it to work. Stayed in queue and hearthed away (dalaran), soon as game loaded the queue popped

This worked for me. Hearthed to Dalaran as well and it immediately went through. Most likely has something to do with the phasing technology. That causes a lot of issues. Earlier in the same day MOTHER disappeared from the Chamber while I was on a quest that said, “Speak to MOTHER”. I had to leave and come back for her to show up.

Unfortunately, this did not work for me.
Hearthing to Dalaran didn’t change anything. Same with going into the Demon Hunter Order Hall, and porting back to Org.

Also tried reloading the UI, but that didn’t help either.

EDIT: And right after typing this I ported to Hyjal, AND THEN it popped.
Looked like the timer was right at 5 minutes, so maybe that has something to do with it?
