Equip effect of dealing 13 fire damage to attacker does not appear to be working.
Recently got this on my alt and was eager to try it Lasher farming in DME. So I equip it and I’m not seeing any damage coming from the trinket when viewing combat text, combat log, or damage meter.
Update 8/26: I submitted a ticket in-game to report this issue. After two days I received a response that GMs are unable to do anything about this issue and directed me to submit a bug report here. Looks like this trinket will remain broken for the foreseeable future.
