Essence break feels kinda awful with shattered destiny/coh, first of all, make the cdr from coh apply to eb too, then make eb cast increase the duration of meta by 1 gcd, or a fixed amount that is around 1 second at least.
The point of coh/sd is to be able to fit at least 2 sweeps inside a meta window, if that doesn’t happen due to low haste and essence, then we have a problem.
It just feels pretty awful.
