When attempting to tame the Night Fae Escaped Wilderling mount, it pathed over the Maw, disappeared, and dropped me. I think it paths too far into the Maw.

I was dropped in the maw, died and lost about 2k stygia. wasn’t able to get that back
Same here. Dropped into air, died, no recovery. Hit every mark too.
The same thing happened to my wife today. We both were attempting it at the same time and her wilderling pathed into the maw, disappeared and killed her. Now I have serious guilt because it gave me a quest item which I think will be the mount.
Same here, tried twice same thing happened, dropped to Maw there goes all my stygia since I can’t get to my corpse.
Exact same thing happened to me. Lost 8K stygia. I have submitted tickets regarding similar issues in the past and no support was offered. The staff responsible for tickets told me to come here and post as a solution.
It’s disheartening when you lose months worth of stygia over flawed designs.
Has anyone been offered any support from Blizz to receive their stygia back for this game flaw?
Tried twice, both times got dropped when it despawned above maw and lost stygia
I saw it once and got on, hit every mark and then followed it back to town. After that I have called it down and attacked it till it calms down but now I cant ride it. How are you supposed to get this mount?
After taming the wilderling, I received a cache with BOP loot for the wrong armor type and the wilderling dropped me off the side of Korthia. Upon release, I reappeared at the graveyard near venari’s refuge and lost around 1000 or so unrecoverable stygia.
They really need to re-evaluate their policy on not refunding stygia when it’s caused by their own bugs.
