My UI works perfectly fine except occasionally my escape key will stop working and I have to reload my ui.
Has anyone else encountered this problem and know what it is or how I can solve it?
I use Bartender, DHUD3, and Xperl.
I just started having this problem last night. Reloading resolved the problem the first couple times, but now it doesn't. I haven't changed any addons and the Escape button is still properly keybound in keybindings. Did you ever resolve this?
Has anyone resolved this, my esc key just stopped working, very annoying. I have tried reloading and restarting my computer. I know it isn't a major thing, but you would be suprised how often you realize you use when it stops working. FYI its only in WOW that it isn't working, and no I do not even have photoshop installed on my computer so i know it isn't that causing the error.

Are you certain it isn't a hardware problem? As in your key isn't busted?
Did you possibly remap it while keybinding?
Well now i feel like an idiot. I knew it wasn't a hardware issue or a broken key, I just got this keyboard a week ago, Corsair K90, and the escape key worked outside the game just fine. I had already checked my key bindings and didn't see anything that should effect the esc key. I even checked that my control frame for my WOW mouse buttons wasn't contradicting something in game. I just went in and reset the keybindings to default, and hallelujah, it works again. Thanks guys.

I've had to do this same thing not paying attention while binding.
My ESC its not working also and in other games work -_-.

Don't do it to a K90, it's too expensive!
I once had this issue when my keyboard switched into multilingual, check to make sure all languages for your keyboard are deleted aside from the us standard =) if that's not the issue, then I wish you luck!

Oh wow! As soon as I closed Photoshop my escape key started working again. I didn't have to reload WoW or anything. How did you realize it was Photoshop causing this? I never would have guessed!
I have been having this problem a lot over the past week or two and I thought I must have changed my bindings by mistake. After I ruled out my key bindings, I thought it was my keyboard. I am glad I know what it is now.

Yep I can confirm closing Photoshop worked for me also. How weird.....
This happens all the time to me. Literally the most annoying key to not have work lol.
For me the problem was from running catalyst (AMD's video card control center) and photoshop at the same time. Apparently they both hook the escape key somehow and interfere with each other.
Since catalyst doesn't really need to be running, you can prevent it from starting at startup by typing "msconfig" into the start menu, going to the Startup tab and unchecking it.
