theres a bug where when i enter the game the keyboard gets completely rebound and the escape key opens my windows search bar
I get the same effect by accidentally tapping my windows key instead of the spacebar.
are you able to click the 
on the micromenu to open the game menu and remap the keybinds?
…or are the keybinds being reset every time you log in?
[Ctrl]+Escape is the same as hitting the Windows key for most intents and purposes. If it happens again, try tapping one or both Control keys a couple times just in case something is causing them to “stick”.
Of course, the next step will be to identify what is actually causing said “stick”. But one step at a time - need to figure out if that’s actually what’s happening or not.
So, I have this issue as well. If by chance you are running with the Logitech MMO mouse with 3rd remap CTRL button on the right, you want to unplug your mouse, plug into a different slot. Works for me sometimes it requires a restart
I had this issue today and I kept seeing things about force closing photoshop and resetting keybinds. Neither of those worked for me, but what did work was going into my Nvidia GeForce Experience application > going to the general tab > turning share off (shadowplay is also known as share).
